What is the Soren Score?

Soren weighs three things you already generate - your focus (40%), your sleep (35%) and your physical recovery (25%) - into a single daily figure you can read at a glance. It’s a measure, not a verdict; it rises as the habits compound. Computed entirely on your iPhone.
Can a focus app keep me off distracting apps?
This one can. Soren’s focus lock holds the apps and websites that pull you at the operating-system level, through Apple Screen Time - so they won’t open. Pick a length, or chain sessions; there’s no pause, no skip, no early exit. You finish the focus to earn the break.
How does sleep factor into my score?
Sleep is one of the three signals behind your Soren Score, worth 35%. Soren reads the sleep your iPhone already keeps in Apple Health and folds it into your daily number, so a rough night shows up plainly the next morning. Everything is computed on-device - your sleep never leaves your iPhone.
Is my data private - where does it go?
Nowhere - and that’s the point. There’s no account to make, no server we run, no trackers. Your Soren Score, your sleep and your habits are worked out right on your iPhone and stay there. We can’t see them, store them, or sell them, because they never reach us.
What devices does Soren run on?
iPhone, on iOS 17 or later. It’s an Apple-only app today - no Android, no web app - because the on-device measurement and system-level blocking depend on Apple’s frameworks. It’s available now on the App Store for iPhone.
Who makes Soren, and is it private?
Soren is made by Soren Labs, an independent research lab for the human mind. The app is on the App Store, runs entirely on your iPhone, and has no account, no servers and no trackers - your data never reaches us. (Soren Labs is not affiliated with other companies that share the "Soren" name.)
How much does Soren cost?
Soren is on the App Store for iPhone. Some features are offered through an optional subscription, handled entirely by Apple - the pricing and terms are spelled out plainly in our Terms of Use. No ads, and we never sell your data, because we never have it.
